Meet your coach

Isabelle Schöpflin

I am endlessly curious about what drives people – and deeply committed to helping them go after it. What gets me out of bed in the morning is the moment a client stops playing small and actually goes for it. That moment never gets old.

My background spans communications, business development and project leadership – from global comms at a multinational, to advising Swiss startups and scaleups on their UK expansion at the Swiss Embassy in London, to leading one of the world's most renowned hackathons. I've worked inside large corporations, fast-moving startups, and public institutions, and across all of them I was always the person who cared as much about the people as the projects.

Over three years I've also been teaching yoga and pilates and organising retreats – working directly with people in their bodies, learning to read what's happening beneath the surface. That combination of business experience and body-based practice is at the heart of how I coach.

I believe real change only happens when people are honest with themselves. My job is to create the conditions for that – with curiosity, directness, and genuine care for the person in front of me.

What a session looks like

Each session is 60 minutes online. We start with where you actually are, not where you planned to be. Here's what you can expect across our work together.

Powerful questions & deep listening
Questions that cut through the surface story and get to what's actually going on. Not advice – the kind of inquiry that helps you find your own answers, often faster than you expect.
Values clarification
Getting clear on what you actually value, not what you think you should, is often the unlock for people at a crossroads. When your decisions are rooted in your real values, clarity follows naturally.
Reframing & perspective shifts
Taking a stuck situation and finding the constructive interpretation. One of the fastest ways to move from feeling blocked to finding a clear path forward, and a skill that compounds over time.
Visualisation & future self work
Where do you want to go, and who do you need to become to get there? We work with visualisation and forward-projection to build a clear, felt sense of your direction – not just a cognitive one.
Emotional regulation & somatic awareness
Learning to read and work with your own nervous system so you can regulate under pressure, make clearer decisions, and respond rather than react in high-stakes moments.
Breathwork & body-based tools
Used within sessions as a way to shift state, access clarity, or move through what's stuck. Not a ritual – a practical tool that we use when it serves the work.
Accountability & commitments
Every session closes with a clear, specific commitment. Between sessions, we check in on progress. If something got in the way, that becomes the next piece of work.
Habit design & daily practices
Small, sustainable practices built around how you actually live – breath protocols, body-based check-ins, reflection rhythms – that compound quietly over the three months.

Month 1 · Sessions 1–3

We map your system

Deep intake, nervous system baseline, and what sustainable performance actually looks like for you. We establish where you are, what's getting in the way, and what we're building toward.

Integration
Month 2 · Sessions 4–7

We do the real work

Sessions work directly with your live challenges – a difficult dynamic, a decision you're circling, a pattern you keep hitting. This is where new ways of operating get built.

Embodiment
Month 3 · Sessions 8–10

We make it yours

We consolidate what's changed and build the practices that work without me in the room. You leave with a personal toolkit that actually holds up on a hard Tuesday.
